Precision Dentures

Manufactured Using Precision Processes

Precision dentures require the highest quality materials and use the latest advancements in technology to provide the look, function, and fit to most closely resemble that of natural teeth.

Manufacturing precision dentures is an extensive process, requiring multiple appointments to get the correct measurements, impressions, and fittings to ensure that your dentures are comfortable, work well, and look like your natural teeth. To ensure the most natural look possible, Bajic Digital Denture Center will ask for older photos so we can assess the appearance pre- and post-dentures.

We’ve detailed the process below. You can see why we use the term ‘precision dentures’.

  1. Create your first dental impression
  2. Custom trays from first impression
  3. Create a second impression of the gums and surrounding tissues from your custom trays
  4. Wax impressions measure your bite and teeth position
  5. A face-bow transfer captures the measurements of your unique bone structure
  6. The device simulates your natural mouth movement and helps create perfectly fitted dentures
  7. You help choose the teeth style and shade to suit your face
  8. Wear your new dentures for a trial run to ensure you like how they fit and work before the final setting

Precision Dentures vs. Standard Dentures

While the initial cost of precision dentures is higher, there are multiple significant advantages over standard dentures. The benefits of precision dentures over standard dentures include:

  • aesthetics that look more like natural teeth
  • More accurate fit to your bone structure
  • Bites and chews more efficiently
  • Fluid movement (not so mechanical feeling)
  • More comfortable with less chance of irritation or infection
  • A harder quality that better mimics natural teeth
  • The harder material also lasts longer
